MUSIC STUDIO POLICIES
Note: All parents/guardians are welcome at any time to observe.
REGISTRATION Fee: One-time fee of $25 required in order to book your first lesson.
TUITION/PAYMENT: Tuition payments shall be paid monthly in advance. Lessons will be billed on a monthly basis at the beginning of each month. Payments should be remitted at the first lesson each month and will total the cost of the number of lessons to be taken during the month. Tuition is always non-refundable, even in the case of mid-month cancellations or emergency absence.
- 24-HOUR CANCELLATION: No make-up lessons, refunds or pro-rating will be given for lessons canceled without a notice (by text or email) of 24 hours in advance prior to the scheduled lesson time. No refund will be given for no-shows or tardiness. If you think you will be delayed, please call to let me know if you will be coming.
- MAKE-UP LESSONS: Reschedule or make-up lessons will be subject to the availability of the instructor and studio. All make-up lessons must occur no more than 30 days after initial absence. There will be no more than 1 make-up lesson in any given month, and a total of no more than 4 make-ups annually. Notifications of vacations must be at least 30 days in advance.
- EMERGENCIES: In the case of unforseen circumstances when 24 hour cancellation notice is not possible, tuition remains non-refundable. Make-up lessons may be offered at the discretion of the instructor, subject to studio availability.

WITHDRAWAL: A minimum of 2 weeks notice is required to withdraw from lessons. Written cancellation notice via text or email is required. Tuition payment will not be refunded if lessons are discontinued mid-month.
